The East Manchester Junior Football League (EMJFL) is committed to providing young players with the opportunity to develop their skills, enjoy the game and nurture a lifelong passion for football.
Affiliated with the Manchester FA, the EMJFL offers grassroots football for boys and girls from Under-7s through to Under-18s, across both recreational and competitive levels.
Each year, we proudly provide quality football experiences for over 15,000 children across Manchester and the surrounding areas - always “putting kids first.”

U7s 3v3 - 45 minutes (within hourly slots)
U8s Dev, U8s, U9s 5v5 - 25 minutes each way
U10s, U11s 7v7 - 30 minutes each way
U12s, U13s 9v9 - 30 minutes each way
U14s, U15s, U16s - 40 minutes each way

The EMJFL Cup Finals continue to grow year after year, creating unforgettable experiences for thousands of young players across Greater Manchester.
Throughout May, teams from across the league compete at fantastic venues in front of huge crowds, incredible atmospheres and memories that will last a lifetime.
