The East Manchester Junior Football League (EMJFL) is committed to providing young players with the opportunity to develop their skills, enjoy the game and nurture a lifelong passion for football.

Affiliated with the Manchester FA, the EMJFL offers grassroots football for boys and girls from U7s through to U18s, across both recreational and competitive levels.

Each year, we proudly provide quality football experiences for over 15,000 children across Manchester and the surrounding areas - always “putting kids first.”

EMGFL 2026/27 APPLICATION

We are delighted to officially announce the launch of the East Manchester Girls Football League (EMGFL) for the 2026/27 season.

Created in response to increasing demand from clubs across Manchester, the EMGFL will provide a dedicated pathway for girls' football under the umbrella of the well-established EMJFL.

The new league has been sanctioned by Manchester FA and will offer football for Under 7s through to Under 16s, with a combination of central venue and home and away formats designed to provide flexibility and quality playing opportunities.
