Season 2026–27 Changes in the EMJFL (Future Fit)

For the 2026–27 season, the EMJFL will be introducing the following changes as part of the FA’s Future Fit programme:

• Under 7s: 3v3 on air pitches (Saturdays and Sundays)

• Under 8s (Development): 5v5 at Curzon (Sundays)

• Under 9s: 5v5 on larger pitches with increased game time

• Under 13s: 9v9 at central venues
