A Fantastic Start to EMGFL

EMGFL was proud to host our first girls summer tournament, and what a brilliant day it was.

A huge thank you to every team, player, coach, parent, referee and volunteer who helped make the day such a success. The football on show was fantastic, the support was brilliant, and it was great to see so many girls enjoying the game.

This tournament was another positive step in the build-up to the launch of the East Manchester Girls Football League, giving clubs a first look at the organised, friendly and player-focused environment we are building.

Well done to all teams who took part, and congratulations to our winners and finalists on a brilliant day of football.

With more EMGFL tournament dates still to come, this is only the beginning.
